Job Title: Export Sales Executive (Female Candidates Only)
Location: Mahim (West), Mumbai
Company: Astra Chemtech Pvt. Ltd.
Industry: Chemicals / Adhesives / Inks / Industrial Products
Experience: 0 to 5 Years
Education: Graduate (Science/Commerce preferred); MBA in International Business (an advantage)
Languages: Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and at least one regional or foreign language
Computer Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reporting)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic female candidate for our Export Sales Executive role. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a flair for international business, and a strong command of Excel. She will be responsible for handling international clients, documentation, coordination with logistics, and assisting in expanding our overseas markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle international customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, accounts) for order fulfillment.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, shipment schedules, and export documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and agents.
  • Support the export manager in achieving monthly and annual export targets.
  • Assist in international exhibitions, client visits, and export market research.
  • Ensure timely submission of commercial documents like Proforma Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.
  • Maintain customer databases and ensure proper data tracking in Excel.
  • Follow up on payments and coordinate with the finance department for collections.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Female candidate only.
  • 0 to 5 years of relevant experience in Export/International Sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Multilingual abilities (English + Hindi + additional language preferred).
  • Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized with strong follow-up skills.
  • Experience in B2B or industrial product sales will be an added advantage.
  • Willingness to learn international market dynamics and export procedures.
