Job Summary:

As a Management Trainee in Sales and Business Development, you will undergo a structured training program to develop and enhance your skills in various facets of sales, business development, and market expansion. You will work closely with the sales and business development teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's processes and contribute to achieving sales targets and expanding the company's market presence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Market Research:

  • Assist in identifying market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Conduct research to support sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Support the team in generating leads, identifying potential customers, and building a strong sales pipeline through various channels (cold calling, emails, networking, etc.).
  • Sales Support & Coordination:

  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations. Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless delivery of products/services to clients.
  • Business Development:

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships. Help develop strategies to expand the company's market share and reach new customer segments.
  • Sales Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, track KPIs, and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and potential growth.
  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address client queries or concerns promptly.
  • Training & Development:

  • Participate in training sessions to develop your knowledge of sales techniques, CRM tools, market analysis, and product offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or Diploma in Jewellery
  • Experience:

    0-1 years experience into Jewellery industry

Skills:

  • Verbal and Written Communication

    : Ability to articulate ideas clearly & Understanding client needs and responding appropriately.
  • Good interpersonal skills

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
