Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Sales Trainee

Morning (10:00 AM – 1:00 PM):

• CRM Management

  : Log and track leads, activities, and sales stages using platforms like HubSpot or Zoho.

• Initial Outreach

  : Assist in writing email scripts, follow-ups, and pitch notes.

Afternoon (2:00 PM – 5:00 PM):

• Sales Pitching Support

  : Join sales calls, observe pitch strategies, and draft meeting notes.

• Proposal Support

  : Help create client proposals, quotes, or service presentations.

• Market Mapping

  : Research target segments, key decision-makers, and entry points into new verticals.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Marketing Trainee

• Social Media Execution

  : Plan, write, and schedule posts for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter.

• Content Research

  : Draft blogs, newsletters, and marketing collaterals with guidance.

• Email Marketing

  : Help segment contact lists and schedule email campaigns using Mailchimp or Zoho Campaigns.

Afternoon (2:00 PM – 5:00 PM):

• SEO & Analytics

  : Learn to use tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush for keyword research and content optimization.

• Competitor Analysis
