Support the concierge desk by addressing queries related to DDA Dwarka Golf Course services and facilities. Interact with golfers on-site to resolve concerns and ensure a seamless experience. Oversee Tee sheet scheduling and manage golf course memberships. Handle walk-in bookings and oversee daily reservations. Ensure a professional demeanor with excellent communication and presentation throughout all interactions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or a related field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, concierge services, or telesales. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer proficiency and organizational abilities.
