Job Description Sales Responsibilities: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory. Develop new business with OEMs, Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers, retailers, and distributors. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify upselling opportunities. Conduct regular field visits, customer meetings, and product demonstrations. Marketing Responsibilities Plan and execute localized marketing and promotional campaigns. Represent the company at regional trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events. Ensure effective visibility of marketing materials and product branding in the region. Reporting & Coordination Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, production) for smooth order fulfillment and customer service. Maintain records of customer interactions, market feedback, and competitor activities. Other Details Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships. Good understanding of auto components and the regional market dynamics.
