Role Overview

As the Marketing Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies that align with business objectives. Your role will directly influence revenue growth, customer acquisition, brand visibility, and market expansion. This is a strategic and hands-on role ideal for someone looking to make a strong impact early in their career.

• Sales Responsibilities:
• Identify potential clients and generate leads through field visits, calls, digital platforms, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
• Marketing Responsibilities:
• Execute marketing campaigns (offline and digital) to promote products and services.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide strategy.
• Manage social media accounts, run promotional ads, and coordinate with internal teams for branding initiatives.
• Organize and participate in promotional events, exhibitions,
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to create marketing materials.

• Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools and social media platforms is an advantage.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred.
• Willingness to travel within and around Pune for client meetings and fieldwork.
