Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator located in Hyderabad, Telangana. The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, coordinating sales initiatives, planning and organizing events, and supporting project management activities. Daily tasks include writing marketing content, communicating with clients, handling project timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

A high-growth player in the information technology services and digital solutions sector, we design, build, and support cloud-native products for clients in e-commerce, fintech, and logistics. As we scale our footprint across India and global markets, we need a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to generate qualified leads, nurture prospects, and keep our revenue engine running at full speed.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Drive top-of-funnel lead generation via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted campaigns.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, schedule discovery calls, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline in the CRM.
  • Create and distribute marketing collateral—case studies, newsletters, and social posts—to engage decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with sales managers on account segmentation, territory planning, and quarterly demand-gen targets.
  • Track campaign performance, prepare weekly dashboards, and recommend optimisation actions.
  • Represent the company at webinars, trade shows, and virtual events to attract new prospects.
Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years inside-sales or SDR experience in B2B technology services.
  • Proven success with phone, email, and social selling tools.
  • Hands-on CRM proficiency (HubSpot/Salesforce) and data hygiene best practices.
  • Excellent English communication and persuasive writing skills.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and A/B testing.
  • Understanding of SaaS or cloud consulting value propositions.
  • Experience working with North American or EMEA prospects.
