Phoenix Technologies is a trusted provider of ELV (Extra Low Voltage) solutions, delivering projects across India from its base in Delhi. The company specializes in turnkey solutions for CCTV, access control, fire alarms, networking, and audio-visual systems, catering to the commercial, industrial, residential, and government sectors.


We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to spearhead business development, drive revenue growth, and manage key customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue business opportunities for BMS, ELV, FAS, and Security systems.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve order booking and revenue targets.
  • Build strong relationships with consultants, EPCs, PMCs, MEP contractors, developers, and end-clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, solution presentations and technical discussions.
  • Manage key customer accounts to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare and submit commercial proposals, BOQs, and techno-commercial offers.
  • Lead tender participation, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation.
  • Coordinate internally with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure solution feasibility and timely execution.
  • Track competitor activities, market demand, and project pipelines.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs and assist in improving solution offerings and pricing strategy.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering (preferred).
  • 5+ years of proven direct sales experience in BMS / ELV / Fire Alarm / Security Systems domain.
  • Strong understanding of building automation, safety standards, and system integration.
  • Proven history of achieving sales targets in medium to large-scale projects.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and MS Office.
  • Experience dealing with OEMs, Consultants, and System Integrators.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, compliance, and project contracting norms.
  • Willingness to travel based on project and client requirements.
