Responsible for driving revenue through new and existing client accounts in IT staff augmentation.
Own the complete sales cycle from requirement closure to joining.
Key Responsibilities
● Achieve monthly revenue and closure targets
● Grow existing accounts by cross selling and upselling.
● Talk to different POCs in same accounts and convince for new requirements and sales.
● Meet customers on regular basis for account mining.
● Maintain client relationship through various approach.
● Close contract, C2H, and permanent staffing requirements from the accounts
● Coordinate with recruiters for fast delivery and closures
● Negotiate commercials, rates, and terms
● Ensure offer acceptance and candidate joining
Skills Required
● Strong IT staffing sales experience
● Excellent client relationship and management skills
● Excellent sales and pitching experience
● Ability to cross and upsell
● Excellent client handling and negotiation skills
● Good at Consultative Sales
● Target-driven, closure-focused mindset
● Good understanding of IT roles and hiring models
● Tracking interactions and sales metrics
