Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Recruiter with 1.5 to 2 years of experience in end-to-end technical recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top tech talent for various roles across the organization or client base. Key Responsibilities: Handle the complete recruitment life cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and client expectations. Use job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, and other platforms to source qualified IT professionals. Conduct preliminary HR interviews to assess candidates' suitability. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and technical teams. Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database. Follow up with candidates during the entire hiring process to ensure a smooth experience. Keep up with the latest trends in the IT recruitment industry. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field. 1.5 to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a staffing or technology services company. Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and terminologies. Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
