ELV Engineer Industry: Construction Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: Mid-level Remuneration: Rs. 30k - 50k (depending on years of expertise) Location : Delhi NCR, Jaipur, Kolkata, Mumbai, Lucknow Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, install, oversee the installation of, and commission various electrical systems in construction projects Electrical , ELV systems and Fire Fighting. - Develop and review detailed electrical plans, schematics, and specifications. - Ensure all systems comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards. - Conduct system tests and site inspections to ensure proper functioning and adherence to electrical design and safety standards. - Collaborate with draftsmen, project managers, clients, and other engineers to ensure the successful completion of projects. - Oversee and manage teams of skilled and semi-skilled workers to complete multiple projects successfully. - Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues that arise during the construction process. - Prepare and present technical reports and documentation Qualifications 1.Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 2.Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Electrical, Fire Fighting, or ELV Engineer in the construction industry. 3.Hands-on experience in one or more of the following domains - Electrical systems – design, installation, testing, and commissioning. -Fire alarm systems – design, installation, and integration. -ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, Audio-Visual, or Building Management Systems (BMS). 4.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and layouts. 5.Familiarity with system integration and coordination between electrical and ELV services. 6.Strong understanding of local building codes, standards, and safety regulations. 7.Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills. 8.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
