Role Overview: Iamneo, an NIIT Venture, is a rapidly growing B2B EdTech SaaS company revolutionizing the upskilling, evaluation, and deployment of tech talent. As an Enterprise Sales Partner - L&D Solutions, you will drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth strategically from enterprise clients while providing exceptional client experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth strategically from enterprise clients. - Engage in high-impact C-level interactions to understand organizational skill and talent priorities. - Lead sales conversations towards solutions aligning client needs with tech learning and assessment offerings. - Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure, with disciplined forecasting. - Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams for an exceptional client experience. - Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and long-term account expansion. - Represent iamneo at industry events, forums, and client workshops. - Travel internationally for crucial client engagements. Qualification Required: - Over 10 years of demonstrated success in enterprise B2B sales, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or L&D solutions. - Proven track record of selling to L&D Heads, Talent Acquisition Heads, and CHROs. - Proficiency in SaaS business models and subscription-based solution selling. - Expertise in conducting virtual demos and executive-level business discussions. - Strong skills in relationship-building, negotiation, and deal closure. - Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot. - Self-starter mindset with high ownership, accountability, and drive. - Masters degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or relevant experience.,
