Key Responsibilities Manage firewall and network servers Handle and maintain all IT related equipment Provide basic support for software, hardware, peripherals, and network access Track, prioritize and document requests using an IT support request system. Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade all end-user devices and equipment to ensure optimal performance. IT related Assets Management. Installation, Configuration and support in all IT tools. Resolve issues related to Windows, network connectivity, as well as problems associated with software and hardware errors.
