Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective training sessions on selected technologies. Mentor and guide students or trainees to enhance their technical skills. Develop learning materials, project modules, and assessments. Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into training. Collaborate with internal teams to improve training delivery. Willingness to travel for training engagements, if required. Technology Expertise (Any of the following): Programming: C++, Java, Python Frameworks/Stacks: MERN, Java Full Stack Web Technologies: Angular, React APIs: REST API, FastAPI Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP Others: Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA), SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in CSE, IT, M.Sc IT, MCA or related disciplines. Minimum 2 years of experience in technical training or relevant field. Strong communication and presentation skills. A genuine passion for teaching and mentoring.
