We are currently on the 1-100 million ARR journey in SaaS and looking for team-players to take charge of all things sales as we scale to new heights. At RDash, we value innovation, collaboration, and ownership; and we believe in empowering our teams to go the extra mile to solve problems for our customers.

● Drive company's growth by managing accounts, driving deal closures, negotiating contracts, and customer lifecycle management.

● Work with the leadership of the construction companies to digitise their Project Management.

● Understand a potential customer's business processes and consult around a digitization strategy while positioning Rdash as an anchor solution.

● Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's presence in the construction technology sector.

● Will help scaling business by upselling or cross-selling to existing customers of the company.

● Identify potential business opportunities and partners.

● Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the construction and technology industries.

● Collaborate with the product development team to align our product solutions with market needs.

● Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
