Job Title: Senior Consultant – Deployment (South Region)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to lead our deployment team in the South region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS solutions, particularly in Analytics, Technology, or Management domains, and will be responsible for delivering successful implementations of the R’Dash platform for clients in the construction and architecture sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage experience in Analytics, Technology, or Management to understand client challenges and business needs.
• Engage with clients to analyze and understand their project management requirements.
• Provide tailored solutions within the R’Dash framework.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of R’Dash for clients.
• Customize solutions to fit specific construction and architecture project requirements.
• Develop and deliver training programs to ensure effective adoption of R’Dash.
• Provide ongoing support, resolving technical queries and user challenges.
• Collaborate with clients to create detailed project plans within R’Dash.
• Optimize resource allocation and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage and guide the deployment team in the South region, ensuring quality and timely execution of projects.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in the SaaS industry.
• Proven expertise in software deployment and client engagement.
• Strong understanding of project management processes in construction and architecture domains (preferred).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
