Essential Functions:

• Manage multiple consulting projects across MENA, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery for healthcare clients.
• Leverage business experience to identify strategic alternatives and define project approaches to client challenges.
• Support development of client bids, proposals, and presentations to drive growth.
• Contribute to intellectual property for future engagements and proactively deepen expertise in consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical markets.
• Provide high-level input to client reports and presentations, delivering significant portions of findings directly to clients.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Tier 1, Tier 2)
• 4–8 years of related experience in consulting and pharmaceutical industry.
• Possesses solid project management skills and client influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Works willingly and effectively with others across the organization to accomplish team goals.
• Experienced in developing consultative relationships with senior-level managers and executives in life sciences and consumer health.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities, and deliver on tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques related to functional area.
• Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the life sciences industry.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and client influencing skills.
• Established network and referral contacts.
• Subject matter expertise to effectively manage projects within a given CoE.
