Our products cover: Smartphone-based telematics for driving safety Process safety & compliance workflows AI-powered safety intelligence dashboards and knowledge systems Role Overview We re seeking a hands-on senior engineer who will build scalable enterprise modules and work closely with our AI partners. You ll not only code, but also evaluate AI deliverables, design secure integrations, and bring modern engineering discipline (CI/CD, testing, automation, code quality) into our ecosystem. This role is designed to grow into Tech Lead within 12-18 months. Key Responsibilities Develop enterprise-grade features using Node.js, React, Postgres. Design secure APIs, modular services, and scalable architectures Integrate and validate solutions from external AI/ML vendors Work with internal and external teams on: AI-powered recommendations, scoring models, event detection, dashboards API contracts, data pipelines, model output consumption Implement CI/CD pipelines, automate deployment, enforce code quality Work with AWS infrastructure (IAM, VPC, EC2/Beanstalk, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, S3) Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and set engineering standards Improve performance (API throughput, DB optimization, caching, worker queues etc.) Use AI coding tools (Copilot, Codeium, ChatGPT) to accelerate development while ensuring quality and correctness Core Skills & Requirements Must Have Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js, Express, React.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS. Strong understanding of PostgreSQL schema design & optimization Experience with AWS deployments, networking, and security Good understanding of CI/CD using GitHub Actions / GitLab / Jenkins Exposure to AI/ML concepts such as data labeling, classification models, model inference, and API-based ML consumption Comfortable working with AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT for coding, automated unit test generation) Understanding of secure system design (RBAC, encryption, access control) Ability to debug performance, data, and scalability issues Good to Have Experience with Docker, cloud environments, containerization Experience with Redis / SQS / Kafka or event-driven systems Exposure to Python, ML frameworks, or data engineering basics Familiarity with ISO standards like 27001, 22301, 39001, GDPR, DPDP compliance Who You Are You think in systems, not just code.
