Location: Vasai West Number of Vacancies: 4 Eligibility Criteria: Graduate with strong communication skills Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Email Freshers or candidates with recruitment experience are welcome Candidates residing in Virar, Naigaon, Nalasopara, Bhayander, Mira Road, or Vasai preferred Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM (3 Saturdays off) Key Responsibilities: Reviewing resumes and applications Conducting initial telephonic screenings and scheduling interviews Managing the end-to-end recruitment process Sourcing candidates through job portals and social media Client coordination and relationship management Negotiation and candidate engagement throughout the hiring cycle Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience and interview performance Provident Fund, Medical & Accident Insurance 24 days of annual paid leave Performance-based incentives
