What we're looking for:

Experience:
2-8 years of experience hiring for varied technologies, preferably from a
consultancy background
.
Attributes:
A go-getter with a strong sense of accountability and ownership. You should be able to work under minimum supervision and have a clear aspiration to build a long-term career in recruitment.
Qualifications:

MBA in HR is mandatory
, OR a
BE in Computer Science
or an equivalent qualification.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work and deliver under tight deadlines.

Job Details:

Location:
Pune (Kalyani Nagar)
Shift
: 10am to 7pm OR 11am to 8pm (based on company's need)
Work Mode:
Strictly
Work From Office
Weekly Offs:
2nd and 4th Saturday & all Sundays.
Compensation:
Salary will be mapped based on your current/last drawn package and interview performance.
Joining Period: Immediate to Max 10 days.
