End-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles (primarily Sales, Field Sales, and Desktop Support)
Understand job requirements and create detailed job postings
Source candidates via job portals, social media, references, and databases
Screen and shortlist candidates through telephonic and in-person interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule interviews
Conduct reference checks and negotiate salary packages
Ensure timely closures of open positions with quality candidates
Handle onboarding documentation and joining formalities
Maintain and update employee records
Coordinate background verification processes
Support day-to-day HR operational tasks
Assist in organizing internal training or HR events
Liaise with vendors or external consultants as needed
Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment, especially non-IT roles
Proven experience in hiring for Sales and Support roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in handling onboarding and HR documentation
Knowledge of HRMS or ATS systems is a plus
