About the Role:

Bulk Sales Hiring Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for
Insurance Field Sales positions
in the East Zone.
Handle
bulk hiring
through multiple channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and agencies.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates for interviews in coordination with business leaders.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and ensure data accuracy.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in any field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
1-3 years of experience
in
bulk hiring
, preferably in
sales or insurance sector
.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools.
Fluency in Bengali
will be an added advantage.
