To define competency gap analysis (CGA) with concern HODs & Unit Head.
Training needs identification (TNI) & Annual Training Budget.
Design, Develop and conduct training programs as per training matrix.
Development of Employees at all levels & integrates it with related HR Systems.
To ensure & establish suitable evaluation techniques & feedback mechanisms.
To maintain training histories of all employees.
Conduct Behavioral Trainings (For Workers, Team Leaders, Staff Members)
Identify Training Institutions /Agencies that provide specific training programs
Facilitate assessment of impact of training programs of the employees.
Have knowledge of skill Matrix and competency mapping and having knowledge of mace audit and other companies audit as well.
To maintain training records on ERP such as TNI, Training plan & Attendance etc.
To ensure that proper filing of training records is made available as and when required.
To handle five S Audit.
To conduct five S committee minutes of meeting.
To handle safety audits.
To conduct a safety committee minutes of meeting.
Man Power Planning from all respective departments & divisions.
Sourcing profiles from the available databases like job portals (Naukri.com, Monster.com, and LinkedIn) head hunting and through references.
Short - listing the candidates/submittals matching the requirement.
Initial screening of candidates and shortlisting for further rounds of interview.
Conducting preliminary interview and make arrangement for final interview,
To facilitate selection process, pre medical checkup, Attendance Verification, joining formalities place them in their respective department.
To provide a proper Induction and Orientation Program to all the new employees and take a proper of the same.
