We are seeking an experienced
Support Lead (L3)
specializing in SailPoint IdentityIQ to join our Identity & Access Management managed services team. This is a customer-facing leadership role where you'll serve as the primary point of contact between our clients and internal teams, driving excellence in IAM support operations.

Experience Required:
6-8 years in SailPoint support and IAM operationsWhat You'll DoLeadership & Customer Management
- Lead and manage a team of L1, L2, and L3 support engineers in delivering exceptional IAM services
- Serve as the single point of contact for all onsite IAM-related matters, building strong customer relationships
- Facilitate regular client meetings to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Generate comprehensive reports on system performance, incidents, and resolutions for stakeholder review
Technical Excellence
- Handle complex L3-level troubleshooting and resolution of SailPoint IdentityIQ issues
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and complete problem management lifecycle
- Execute custom development including application onboarding, workflow modifications, and SSO integrations
- Perform system performance optimization and environment health monitoring
- Lead system upgrades, patches, and release deployments from development through production
Service Delivery Management
- Oversee end-to-end IAM managed services per SLA: incident, problem, change, and knowledge management
- Manage change requests through ServiceNow/JIRA and ensure smooth change implementation
- Initiate, configure, and drive SailPoint access review campaigns
- Conduct regular maintenance activities including DR drills, log rotation, and health checks
Technical Configuration & Development
- Extend configurations for Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD)
- Develop advanced scripts, rules, and workflows using Java, BeanShell, and automation scripting
- Work with REST APIs, debugging tools, and complex SQL queries
- Manage code repositories using Git and deploy across Windows/Linux environments
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ support and implementation
- Proven L3-level troubleshooting expertise in IAM solutions
- Experience managing changes in SailPoint IIQ environments
- Background in MSP (Managed Services Provider) environments supporting multiple clients
- Experience with large-scale IAM implementations involving multiple stakeholders
Technical Skills
- Core Expertise: SailPoint IdentityIQ (IdentityIQ Support experience mandatory)
- Secondary Skills: ForgeRock (preferred)
- Programming: Strong Java and BeanShell coding abilities
- Database: Advanced SQL query writing and database management
- Directory Services: Active Directory/LDAP knowledge
- Infrastructure: Windows and Linux system administration
- Tools: REST APIs, debugging tools, Git version control
- Automation: Scripting capabilities for process automation
Soft Skills
