Roles and Responsibilities Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring requirements and develop customized solutions for their staffing needs. Manage end-to-end recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates. Conduct interview coordination, scheduling, and logistics to ensure smooth candidate flow throughout the recruitment process. Handle client queries and concerns related to recruitment, providing prompt resolutions as needed. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of RPO services into existing processes. Desired Candidate Profile Strong understanding of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) principles and best practices. 5-10 years of experience in ATS, Client Coordination, End-to-End Recruitment, Hiring, Interview Coordination, Interview Scheduling, RPO or similar roles. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective client handling and relationship management.
