RPA Business Analyst

Role Overview: As an RPA Business Analyst at Wipro Limited, your role involves liaising and bridging the gap between customers and the Wipro delivery team. Your primary responsibility is to comprehend and analyze customer requirements, articulate them to the delivery teams, and ensure the right solution is provided to the customer. You will play a crucial role in gathering requirements from an RPA perspective, integrating parameters, preparing due diligence, and assessing ROI for potential RPA cases. Your role will also involve mapping the current processes and identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Have 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Process Owner in Finance and Accounting, Insurance, HR, or ITO services, CX, and MDM. - Gather requirements on RPA point of view and integration parameters. - Experience in Lucid chart and Draw.io is preferred. - Any experience with Copilot would be an added advantage. - Strong experience in due diligence and PDD preparation is required. - Ability to arrive at the ROI for potential RPA cases. - Strong process-minded thinking, problem-solving, and solution-oriented mindset. - Experience in adapting to defined document templates and obtaining client signoff on requirements. - Expertise in process mapping, identifying transformation opportunities, and developing application-level understanding for process automation. - Conduct various types of interviews, meetings, or workshops with business unit subject matter experts to define and design process documentation. - Ensure adherence to automation good practices and liaise with IT and business leaders to align technical environments with business demand. - Lead customer engagement and delivery management initiatives, knowledge management activities, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders. Qualification Required: - 8-10 years of experience in Delivery (RPA). - Mandatory Skills: Delivery (RPA). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Experience in process mapping, automation, and business analysis. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to engage with stakeholders and respond to rapidly changing business environments. - Competencies required: Client Centricity, Passion for Results, Execution Excellence, Collaborative Working, Learning Agility, Problem Solving & Decision Making, and Effective Communication.
