Responsibilities Drive process assessments for robotics process automation opportunities. Identifying new process opportunities accurately analyzing and estimating new processes, quickly assessing feasibility. Analyze, understand and document the business processes in detail where required and communicate effectively with business counterparts and stakeholders. Utilize support from technical team to design RPA solutions in accordance with RPA platform specific design principles and standards. Lead the design and delivery of, proof-of-concept RPA solutions to demonstrate the viability of RPA in client environments. Lead, or participate in, the development of client strategies for the technical and operating models for RPA Drive the configuration and testing of, automated processes prior to deployment into client environments. Lead client testing of automated processes through user acceptance testing and pilot process testing. Develop and maintain documentation according to firm standards, best practices and standard operating procedures. Documents will include process definition documents (PDD), solution design document (SDD), training documents, etc. Problem solving issues that arise in the day-to-day running of RPA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required. Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process. Technical Skills/Qualification: 6+ years experience in the RPA domain Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Graduate degree in engineering and post graduate degree in management is desirable as educational qualification. Candidates with certifications in RPA frameworks such Blueprism ROM (or the likes) preferred Candidates with Lean/Six Sigma certifications preferred Personal Traits: Works independently under limited supervision and applies knowledge of subject matter in Applications Development.
