Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Drive execution of Target Operating Model, business strategies, and resource planning. Oversee strategic initiatives, demand pipelines, and project implementation. Lead process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Manage talent development, workforce planning, and succession strategies. Ensure business continuity, crisis readiness, and regulatory compliance. Coordinate with internal teams on technology, real estate, and communication needs. Support internal governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks. Monitor financial performance through planning, forecasting, and cost control. Role Expectations: Provide strategic guidance and handle complex escalations for senior leadership. Assess operational risks, contribute to control and policy development. Align hiring plans and governance with organizational objectives. Interpret multi-source data for problem-solving and informed decision-making. Communicate complex issues clearly and influence diverse stakeholders. Foster a culture of accountability, empowerment, and continuous improvement. Critical Skills for Success: Strong experience in Issues Management, Controls Testing, or Compliance Assurance. Ability to evaluate Conduct Risk/Financial Crime cases and closure evidence. Expertise in managing dashboards and tracking issue inventories. Proficient in creating and analyzing operational metrics and stakeholder reports. Excellent decision-making, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Graduate degree with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Background in Audit, Investigations, Quality Assurance, or Risk/Compliance functions. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Resilient, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning.
