Risk Analyst

Job Purpose:

We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our Enterprise Risk Management department as Risk Management Analyst. As a Risk Management Analyst, you will play a key role in assisting with the development and implementation of risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures. You will also gain exposure to various facets of risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting, working closely with experienced risk professionals within the company.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of risk management policies, procedures, and frameworks • Support the identification, assessment, mitigation and reporting of risks

• Monitor and report on key risk indicators

• Track and follow up on action items related to risk management initiatives

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of risk models and analytical tools

• Analyze data to identify trends and patterns related to risk

• Prepare reports and documentation for Risk Management, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines

• A keen interest in risk management and financial services, with a willingness to develop a deep understanding of the business, risks in the business and industry best practices to manage these risks

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business data and assess risks.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting Educational Qualifications Qualifications
