Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales growth in the EMEA market through a consultative solution-selling approach. This role involves working closely with customers and internal teams to navigate complex deals, educate clients on our offerings, and contribute to business expansion. Qualifications & Experience: •5+ years of experience in IT services sales, specifically in the EMEA market. •Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Key Responsibilities: 1. Consultative Solution Selling: •Understand customer needs and tailor AI & IT solutions to address business challenges. •Work with presales and solution teams to develop customized offerings. •Educate customers on the benefits of AI-based and traditional IT services. 2. Complex Deal Navigation: •Oversee the end-to-end sales process, ensuring timely deal closures. •Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and technical evaluations. •Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. 3. Team Collaboration: •Work closely with presales, solutioning, and delivery teams to ensure seamless sales execution. •Provide feedback and insights to enhance service offerings and improve customer satisfaction. 4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: •Set and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. •Track and analyze sales metrics, providing reports to management. •Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. 5. Marketing & Outreach: •Use email marketing, cold calling, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate leads. •Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns. 6. Tools & Technology: •Proficiency in CRM systems, sales automation tools, and data analytics. •Familiarity with Microsoft solutions, Gen AI, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365. Skills Required: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. Experience with AI-based and traditional IT solutions. Ability to travel for field meetings with customers as required.
