Sales Manager

You will be working as a Sales Manager in our sector 68-Mohali office. As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to identify and recruit high-quality Associate Partners and generate sales through them to grow the business. Your key responsibilities will include: - Recruiting high-quality Associate Partners who can contribute to sales and revenue targets. - Supporting the Associate Partners in their sales efforts. - Developing the sales skills and knowledge of the Associate Partners. To achieve these goals, you will need to: - Prospect regularly to find potential Associate Partners. - Make at least 2 hours of calls per day to schedule meetings with potential Associate Partners. - Conduct a minimum of 10 screenings in the office. - Invite 16 prospects to career seminars every month to meet sales and revenue targets. - Create a sales funnel, monitor the C.M.S.C score of the team, and provide necessary support to exceed the goals. - Establish monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly goals for Associate Partners. - Conduct 10 sales calls in the field and observe 5 sales calls to provide feedback and guidance. - Assist Associate Partners in closing sales. - Conduct GID sessions every month and role plays of sales calls with each Associate Partner. - Plan training sessions for the Associates as needed.
