About The Role

As part ofthe Hotels Revenue team, the incumbent will join a high-performing team responsiblefor driving growth, revenue, and profitability across the domestic hotels category.This role sits at the intersection of analytics and business strategy, leadinggrowth initiatives and acting as the go-to person for key strategic projects. Theincumbent will work closely with senior stakeholders across supply, marketing, product,finance, and tech to influence decision-making and unlock new opportunities.The idealcandidate is an independent self-starter—quick-witted, intellectually curious,and entrepreneurial—who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings bothcreativity and executional rigor to the table. The incumbent will be expectedto manage multiple deliverables under tight timelines while staying aligned toour values of Consumer Focus, Commitment to Results, and ContinuousImprovement.

What Will You Be Doing

P&L Ownership & BusinessManagement

  • Driveday-to-day business performance, ensuring delivery on key P&L metrics.
  • Track KPIs regularly and take corrective actionsto meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Conduct deep dives into traffic, pricing, andcompetitor data to identify actionable insights and improve pricing strategies.
  • Understand customer behavior and demand trendsto collaborate with supply, marketing, and product teams for conversionoptimization.
  • Define and execute both short-term initiativesand long-term growth strategies in alignment with overall business goals.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Analyze large datasets to uncover meaningfultrends and generate insights that drive business decisions.
  • Build and run business experiments to validatehypotheses and test new initiatives.
  • Conduct scenario modeling and forecasting tosupport strategic planning.
  • Own reporting for the category and createautomated dashboards and tools to track business performance.

Strategic Initiatives & Cross-FunctionalProjects

  • Proactivelyidentify growth opportunities and lead high-impact projects from concept toexecution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Product,Tech, Supply, Marketing, and Finance—to execute projects seamlessly.
  • Monitor progress through structured projecttracking and data-backed evaluations.

Collaboration& Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with key internal stakeholders toalign on priorities and drive execution.
  • Communicate effectively across teams, managemultiple workstreams, and deliver under tight timelines.

Qualification & Experience

  • MBA from a reputed institute with 2–4 years of experience in a revenue or category management role within a consumer-facing, technology-enabled business—preferably in the e-commerce industry.
  • Proven track record of working in high-growth, data-driven environments with a strong understanding of business levers and consumer behavior.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for data analysis and business storytelling.
  • Sound understanding of SQL and Python is mandatory to independently work on data extraction, modeling, and analysis.
