Currently, we manage 45 premium flats in Mumbai and are expanding rapidly. We are seeking entrepreneurial, dedicated, and proactive individuals to join our growing team in the role of Revenue Management Executive (no prior experience required – we provide training).

Our office is located in Khar West, Mumbai. We welcome freshers, enthusiastic homemakers, and professionals returning to work after a career break to apply.

Position: Revenue Management Executive

Type: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Location: Khar West, Mumbai
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities

1. Handling inquiries from prospective guests, and being. the primary point of contact for stays - you will need to quickly get up to speed with all our properties, and be able to suggest the right properties based on a proper understanding of the guest's needs; we market our properties on aggregators such as Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, and Booking.com.

2. Managing revenues based on daily booking data, to predict demand; therefore developing the ability to make sensible decisions regarding pricing, to maximize revenue; hence resulting in a profit.

3. Making sure that our content is accurate and up to date on these sites.

4. Updating pricing and booking policies on a daily basis.

5. Handling pressure and adjusting to a fast pace atmosphere are a must, handling a large volume of calls and online communications. Simultaneously and formulating solutions on the go; the role demands that you remain calm under pressure and yet be productive

6. Instilling and promoting confidence in our brand with customers

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
• Comfortable working with technology and online booking platforms
• Must be able to commute to or relocate to Mumbai, Maharashtra before starting work

Preferred:

• Minimum 1 year of work experience (hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory)
