Revenue Manager

Job Summary:
Vibe Resort, Munnar is seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to drive profitability through effective pricing, forecasting, and distribution strategies. The ideal candidate will analyze market trends, optimize room revenue, and work closely with sales and operations to maximize overall resort performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and ADR
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns
• Manage room inventory, rates, and distribution channels (OTAs, direct bookings)
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on promotions and packages

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Revenue Manager in hospitality (resort or hotel preferred)
• Strong analytical and pricing strategy skills
• Experience with PMS, channel managers, and revenue management systems
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
