Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Director of Sales. The Director of Sales will develop and implement sales strategies, manage sales operations, and lead a sales team to achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include business development, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer service. The Director will also oversee market analysis, develop pricing strategies, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Sales and Sales Operations skills
• Experience in Team Management and Business Development
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Kochi
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
