ConnektHomes is a fast-growing start-up in the hospitality sector, offering premium, design-centric serviced apartments as an alternative to traditional hotel stays. With 45 premium flats currently under management across Mumbai—and rapid expansion underway,we are looking for entrepreneurial and proactive individuals to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Guest Inquiry Handling

Serve as the primary point of contact for potential guests. Understand guest requirements and recommend suitable properties across platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and MakeMyTrip.

2. Revenue & Pricing Management

Analyse daily booking data, monitor demand trends, and make informed decisions on pricing to maximize occupancy and revenue.

3. Content Management

Ensure that all listings, descriptions, photos, and information across booking platforms remain accurate and up-to-date.

4. Daily Pricing & Policy Updates

Regularly update pricing, promotions, and booking policies based on demand patterns and business strategy.

5. High-Pressure Communication Management

Handle a large volume of calls and online communication efficiently. Stay calm under pressure, multitask effectively, and provide on-the-spot solutions.

6. Brand Representation

Build trust and confidence in our brand by delivering a professional, friendly, and solution-oriented guest experience.

7. Financial & Performance Tracking

Maintain monthly financial reports and performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and remain productive under pressure

• Quick learner with a proactive mindset

• Comfortable using technology and online booking tools

• Must be willing to commute or relocate to Mumbai (Khar West office)
