Job Title: Revenue Management Executive Location: Bangalore, India (in office role only) Department: Customer Success & Inbound Sales Role Overview As a Revenue Management Executive, you will play a dual role of customer-facing consultant and sales enabler. This role combines customer success, product training, inbound sales, and revenue strategy execution. 1. Customer Success & Support Act as the primary point of contact for assigned hotel partners. Understand client requirements and configure Aiosell’s system accordingly. Provide ongoing support to ensure customers achieve higher occupancy, ADR, and profits. Monitor hotel performance and recommend pricing or strategy changes. 2. Onboarding & Training Manage smooth onboarding of new hotels onto Aiosell Conduct training sessions for customers. Ensure hotels are fully operational on the system within agreed timelines. 3. Product Demonstrations Conduct online and in-person demos for prospective clients. Clearly explain the value of Aiosell’s hotel software and automation features. Customize demos to address specific hotel challenges and showcase ROI. 4. Inbound Sales & Account Growth Respond to inbound leads, qualify prospects, and guide them through the sales funnel. Assist in closing new business opportunities. Upsell additional Aiosell modules & brainstorm new solutions for customer success. Maintain strong client relationships to drive renewals and long-term partnerships. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. 1–3 years of experience. Experience in in hospitality technology is a plus but not required. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
