Job Description

1. Daily Revenue & Collection Management

• Record daily food sales revenue from counters, kiosks, POS systems, and outlets.
• Verify and enter daily collection amounts received from the Food & Beverage (F&B) department.
• Ensure all sales entries match with POS / manual reports submitted by the food counter team.

2. Cash & Bank Handling

• Record daily cash and bank payment entries in Tally.
• Collect and verify cash reports from F&B counters and reconcile them with system-generated sales.
• Ensure timely deposit of daily collections into the bank.

3. Reconciliation & Reporting

• Maintain the daily cash book and update all revenue-related entries.
• Perform daily bank reconciliation, ensuring food revenue entries tally with bank statements.
• Identify and report any mismatches in food sales vs. collection vs. bank deposit.

4. Coordination with F&B Department

• Coordinate with the Food Department Managers/Supervisors regarding daily sales summaries.
• Verify discounts, void bills, complimentary bills, and ensure proper authorization.
• Support the F&B team with revenue-related documentation and clarifications.

5. Accounting & Compliance

• Maintain accurate financial records for the F&B revenue stream.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls for cash handling and revenue tracking.
• Assist in month-end closing by providing revenue and reconciliation reports.
