Job Title: Business Development Manager – Park Operations Location: Manimala, Kuttiady, Kozhikode Full-Time | Experience: 2–5 Years | Education: Graduate (MBA preferred) About Us: Active Planet Pvt. Join us in developing innovative strategies to boost park counters, ride sales , and overall visitor engagement. Key Responsibilities: Drive overall growth of the park, food counters, and ride sales . Launch promotional campaigns, events, and offers to increase footfall and revenue . Build partnerships with schools, companies, and event organizers for bulk bookings. Train and motivate the on-ground sales teams to maximize customer conversion. Coordinate with operations, HR, and marketing for smooth execution of campaigns. Analyze data, gather customer feedback, and suggest improvements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or hospitality. Excellent communication and people management skills. A self-starter with a vibrant personality and high energy levels . Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
