Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct meetings: Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

2. Report preparation: Gather, compile, and prepare reports for management and other teams.

3. Time management: Ensure punctuality and meet deadlines for tasks and deliverables.

4. Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with colleagues, management, and clients.

5. Record-keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

2. Strong organizational and time management skills

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

4. Proficient in MS Office and other productivity tools

5. Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced work environment
