Job Description

Role Summary:

Revenue Management Executives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement GTM (Go To Market) strategies to grow ad revenue in the Kolkata market - Bengal.
  • Identify and acquire new clients—local businesses, agencies, and corporate accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing advertisers and agencies to ensure repeat business and growth.
  • Monitor competition and local market trends to stay ahead in the regional media space.
  • Coordinate closely with ad operations, editorial, and billing teams for smooth execution.
  • Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports to senior leadership.
  • Attend client meetings, trade events, and networking forums as a brand ambassador for Sanmarg.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 3–8 years of proven experience in media/print advertising sales, preferably in Kolkata or Eastern India.
  • Knowledge of Digital.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of Kolkata’s local business environment and media consumption habits.
