Revenue Manager

1. Revenue Strategy & Planning Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies for rooms, packages, and holiday services based on market demand, seasonality, and competition. Forecast revenue performance and prepare periodic revenue reports for management. Implement yield management techniques to optimize RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room) and package profitability. 2. Market Analysis & Competitor Tracking Conduct regular market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies. Monitor booking patterns and adjust rates accordingly to maintain a competitive advantage. 3. OTA & Distribution Management Manage and optimize OTA listings, content, and pricing. Negotiate contracts and commission structures with OTAs and travel partners. Ensure accurate and competitive inventory allocation across all channels. 4. Holiday & Package Management Design, price, and promote holiday packages that attract target markets. Collaborate with marketing teams to create seasonal offers and special promotions. Track package sales performance and adjust offerings for better profitability. 5. Sales & Marketing Coordination Work closely with the sales team to target corporate, leisure, and group bookings. Collaborate on digital marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and SEO strategies. 6. Data & Performance Reporting Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance dashboards. Prepare business review presentations for management and stakeholders. Identify underperforming areas and recommend corrective actions.
