Job Description

Role Overview: As a Trainer in the Operations & Strategy team at StayVista, you will be instrumental in elevating service standards and operational efficiency by creating and implementing structured training programs for on-ground teams, particularly focusing on housekeeping and guest service functions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every staff member is well-equipped to deliver exceptional guest experiences in alignment with our brand promise. Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver engaging onboarding and refresher training modules utilizing a variety of formats such as classroom sessions, on-the-job training, and digital resources. - Collaborate with Villa Managers, Stay Experience Managers, and Cluster Heads to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning plans. - Conduct operational audits and training evaluations to guarantee adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP) and maintain high-quality service standards. - Monitor the impact of training through staff performance assessments, guest feedback, and regular evaluations. - Proficiency in MS Office is essential, and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or e-learning tools is advantageous. - Possess excellent communication and facilitation skills to motivate and influence diverse teams effectively. - Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple training schedules without disrupting operations. - A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Learning & Development, or a related field is required. - Be adaptable, proactive, and display a passion for developing individuals and driving operational excellence. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in training, learning and development, or operations within the hospitality or service sector. - Hands-on knowledge of housekeeping protocols, villa operations, and guest service excellence, preferably in a luxury or premium setting. - Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with LMS or e-learning tools is a plus. - Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to motivate and influence diverse teams. - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Learning & Development, or a related field. - Adaptable and proactive, with a passion for developing people and driving operational excellence.
