Role Description:

Kochi

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze market data and competitor trends to optimize pricing and revenue strategies.
Monitor daily revenue performance and prepare detailed reports on key revenue metrics.
Identify demand patterns, revenue opportunities, and performance gaps, and make data-driven recommendations.
Manage hotel reservations and oversee inventory management across all platforms.
Handle OTA listings and ensure optimization across platforms such as Airbnb, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, and Booking.com.
Manage real-time OTA inventory to ensure accuracy and availability.
Operate and maintain channel management software efficiently.
Support online sales initiatives and contribute to business development efforts.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
Experience in Revenue Management and knowledge of pricing strategies
Effective Communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams
Proven experience in Sales and understanding of market positioning
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data analysis and revenue management
Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Prior experience in the hospitality sector is a strong advantage
