We’re looking for a dynamic Revenue Manager to lead our sales and distribution strategy across Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, and other OTAs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in maximizing occupancy and revenue through smart pricing, inventory management, and online sales optimization.
Responsibilities
• Manage listings and revenue strategies across Airbnb, MMT, Booking.com, Agoda, and other OTAs.
• Analyze occupancy trends, competitor pricing, and market demand to optimize rates and revenue.
• Oversee OTA content, visibility, promotions, and ranking improvement.
• Drive both monthly rentals and daily stays, ensuring high conversion.
• Lead corporate sales tie-ups, relocation agencies, and B2B partnerships.
• Monitor performance dashboards, reports, and ROI on sales campaigns.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing for seamless guest experience.
Requirements
• Proven track record in revenue management or OTA sales (hospitality background preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Airbnb, Booking.com, MMT, Agoda backend tools and algorithms.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead sales strategy, build corporate partnerships, and drive business growth.
• Based in Bangalore or Chennai preferred.
