Shall be responsible ans overs and oversee all hospital wide Training and development programs, ensuring alignments with organizational goals and complacence with health care standards. Develop and implement a structured , rotational training calender to promote continuous learning and competency development across all departments. Design and deliver customized training modules tailored to hospital protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and staff development planes. Maintain complete and accurate training documentation, including attendance logs, session content, trainer details, and post - training evaluations. Prepare and submit timely monthly and annual reports detailing training sessions conducted, staff coverage, feedback summaries, and measurable outcomes.
