Role Overview As the Store Manager at our Sky City Mall location, you will take full ownership of the store's operations, sales performance, team management, and customer experience. You’ll be responsible for leading a high-performing team, ensuring visual and operational excellence, and driving conversions while upholding the DailyObjects brand philosophy. Key Responsibilities Lead the store team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Oversee store operations including opening/closing, inventory, staffing, and cash management. Ensure 100% compliance with SOPs, visual merchandising, and store hygiene standards. Drive product demos and conversion strategies to increase customer engagement and zone performance. Manage daily shift plans, conduct briefings, and onboard/train new team members. Maintain timely inventory refill requests and coordinate with backend teams for smooth stock movement. Act as the main point of contact for all store-level escalations, customer experience, and performance reviews. Submit daily reports, track KPIs, and contribute ideas for store-level improvements. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in lifestyle or tech-accessory brands. Proven track record in leading sales teams and achieving targets. Excellent communication skills in English with a presentable and confident personality. Strong understanding of customer service, inventory systems, and POS operations. Comfortable working weekends, festivals, and extended retail hours. Leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment. Show more Show less
