Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Executive, Senior store Executive and Store Manager located in Mumbai, Bangalore and Delhi . He/She will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing the store's day-to-day operations, and executing retail loss prevention strategies. Additionally, the role includes overseeing customer service to elevate the customer's shopping experience and maintaining communication within the team and with customers. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Strong Communication skills Experience in Store Management Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to lead and manage a team effectively Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferred Interested?
