Job Description – Retail Sales Manager Division: [Automobile / Retail Business Division] Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Retail Sales Manager to oversee end-to-end sales operations including Enquiry, Test Drive, Booking, and Retail (E-T-B-R). The role requires strong expertise in driving sales processes, digital adoption, manpower management, dealer coordination, and ensuring sales conversion efficiency to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Sales Operations (E-T-B-R)Manage Enquiry → Test Drive → Booking → Retail cycle effectively. Plan and execute activations for enquiry generation. Ensure quality and quantity of test drives across all enquiry sources. Maintain accuracy and authenticity of booking and retail data. Achieve retail targets while monitoring VDN (Vehicle Delivery Note) vs Retail ratio. Focus on process improvements to drive Conversion Ratio (CVR). Plan monthly and N+1 sales forecasts to align with business targets. Manpower Productivity & Development Identify training needs and ensure effective skill development. Motivate and retain sales manpower through recognition, rewards, and incentive programs. Ensure adherence to the brand’s Sales Story for consistent customer experience. Digital Conversion & Adoption Ensure adoption of digital tools to maximize CVR: Test Drive Anytime Anywhere (TDAA) Personal Voice Assistant (PVA) Bring Showroom Home (BSH) Virtual Reality (VR) Tablets for digital engagement Ensure adequacy, efficiency, and quality of Digital Engagement Managers. Dealer Business Management Monitor dealer working capital rotation to ensure business sustainability. Reduce market outstanding and ensure timely liquidation of aging stock. Forecast sales and inventory for N+1 month to optimize stock availability. Qualifications & Skills Required: Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management. 5–10 years of experience in Automobile Retail Sales or related industry. Strong understanding of sales processes, digital tools, and dealer management. Proven ability to drive conversion ratios and achieve sales targets. Strong leadership, analytical, and team management skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement abilities. Experience Level: Mid to Senior Level (depending on business scale).
