Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic & Market Development

• Formulate and implement franchise expansion strategy aligned with business goals.
• Conduct market analysis to pinpoint high-potential regions, competition, and growth trends.

2. Lead Generation & Outreach

• Source prospective franchisees via events, referrals, online channels, and cold outreach.
• Qualify leads through initial screening, presentations, and follow-up communication.

4. Onboarding & Training

• Oversee onboarding process: training, site selection, business setup.
• Coordinate with operations, marketing, and training teams to ensure consistent brand integration.

5. Ongoing Support & Operations

• Provide operational guidance and conduct periodic site visits to ensure franchise compliance.
• Monitor performance metrics, troubleshoot issues, and help franchisees optimize operations.

6. Relationship Management & Growth

• Foster strong relationships with franchisees, addressing concerns proactively.
• Identify opportunities for franchisee growth, upgrades, or multi-unit expansion.
